PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new plastic structure containing a high concentration of metallic microparticles in the inside near its surface. SOLUTION: The plastic structure is one wherein a metallic element 202 (e.g., palladium) in the form of an organometallic complex or a modification thereof is present in an amount of at least 5 atomic% in the depth to 5 nm from the outermost surface of a desired part of the plastic structure 4, and amide groups are present in at least the region where the metallic element 202 is present.
