PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a rotary board and the like from breaking, and improve safety, operability and durability during rotating. SOLUTION: This pictorial book 1 has a rotary board 5 with a drawn display part 14 which can appear in a display window 15 of a face cover 2, a through hole 17, corresponding to the display window 15, which is perforated through a plurality of page sheets 4. In addition, the rotary board 5 is rotatably accommodated in a space part 10 of the face cover 2 formed of a doubling paper 6 and a sheet 7 laminated together through a cardboard spacer 9. Further, a pivotal part 12 of the rotary board 5 is adhesively fixed, in one piece, in the centers of inner surfaces of the doubling paper 6 and the sheet 7, and a manually operating part 13 with a corrugated part 13a is formed on the outer peripheral side part of the rotary board 5. Besides, the rotary board 5, the pivotal part 12 and the paired doubling paper 6 and the sheet 7 are formed of the cardboard with a specified thickness and strength respectively.
