PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a stable stand capable of preventing upsetting of cups, when persons eat and drink outdoor with a sheet spread on the ground and cups and cans put on various places, however, those are put in unstable states to be upset with a slight vibration or deviation, or when using cups and cans in a running vehicle, those are also unstable and easily upset. SOLUTION: This stable stand is formed with circular frames 1 and 2 made of a metal or resin narrow material in the bottom part and the upper part. The upper-part frame is slightly larger than the circles of the drink can and the cup, the bottom part is formed as a large circular frame 1 for stabilizing the upper-part frame 2, and the bottom-part and upper-part frames 1 and 2 are so provided as to be interposed by a support rod 3.
