PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray diagnostic imaging apparatus considerably simplifying an operation procedure without any complicated procedure, reducing an operating burden of a user and consequently allowing the user to concentrate in the confirmation of a medical moving image. SOLUTION: This X-ray diagnostic imaging apparatus is provided with an image recording part 9 recording a plurality of X-ray transmission images continuously obtained by a plurality of times of X-ray imaging within a predetermined time as a continuous image, a region-of-interest setting part 12 setting a region of interest of the continuous image based on pixel values of the X-ray radiographs, and a display monitor 10 continuously displaying the plurality of X-ray radiographs in the set region of interest.
