PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a double continuous layer earthquake-proof wall frame sufficiently suppressing deforming behavior of a building at the time of earthquake when not setting mega beams or reducing the number of settings and form floor height without hindering passage property and secure a large space inside the building and is excellent in design addition efficiency, designing efficiency, workability, and economic efficiency. SOLUTION: The double continuous layer earthquake-proof wall comprises a main continuous layer earthquake-proof wall formed to support long-term load transmitted from slabs or beam members of the building, a subcontinuous layer earthquake-proof wall erected in parallel with the main continuous layer earthquake-proof wall without transmission of long-term load from the slabs or the beam members and suppressing deformation of the main continuous layer earthquake-proof wall, and a tie beam connecting each side end of the sub continuous layer earthquake-proof wall with an end part of the main continuous layer earthquake-proof wall. The sub continuous layer earthquake-proof wall is separated by a multi-story length.
