PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance productivity and maintainability by possessing a drainage part for enhancing walkability and restraining a drainage channel from being clogged with foreign matter etc. SOLUTION: A water-permeable block member 21, which is molded in a prescribed shape by connecting gravel bodies 27 together with a synthetic-resin adhesive 28 in such a manner that a reinforcing bar 26 is used as a core material, is detachably combined with a water-permeable block incorporating recess 22 which is formed in a holding block member 20 integrated with a side ditch block 7 and a side ditch cover 10.
