PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tape measure wherein a projection mechanism of a laser line is installed internally. SOLUTION: A pendulum body 2 supported rockably and provided with a parallel lens body 1 formed by arraying in parallel a plurality of lenses wherein at least each projection side surface has a projecting arc-shaped section, and a laser oscillator 17 capable of emitting optional laser light 6 are provided in a case 11 of this tape measure. The laser light 6 is guided directly or indirectly to the parallel lens body 1, and the laser light 6 is changed into a vertical or horizontal laser line by the parallel lens body 1, and projected to the outside from an opening of the case 11.
