PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable composition in which lowering of light transmission is small even when exposed for a long time at high temperature. SOLUTION: The present invention provides a polyorganosiloxane having a functional group represented by formula (1) (wherein R<SP>0</SP>is H or a 1-6C alkyl group; R<SP>1</SP>is a 2-6C alkylene group) and one more kinds of functional groups selected from functional groups represented by formula (2) (wherein R<SP>2</SP>and R<SP>3</SP>are each a 1-20C alkyl group, alkenyl group or aryl group), formula (3) and formula (4), a method for producing the polyorganosiloxane and a curable composition containing the polyorganosiloxane.
