PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impermeable asphalt pavement material capable of reducing heating temperature required for production of a impermeable asphalt mixture and temperature in pavement. SOLUTION: The impermeable asphalt pavement material is obtained by adding a slightly volatile oil such as a petroleum-based hydrocarbon oil, a synthetic ester-based oil or an animal or vegetable oil having 20-150 cSt kinematic viscosity at 40°C and≥180°C flash point in a minute amount of≤0.30 wt.% based on an impermeable asphalt mixture to the impermeable asphalt mixture. The impermeable asphalt pavement material enables raking at 100-110°C and provides a paving surface having sufficient strength. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
