PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for delivering a container from a conveyor to a receiver member during the traveling of the conveyor. SOLUTION: This device has a push-up member 3 for pushing up a container from a retainer while synchronously traveling with the retainer of the conveyor, which continuously travels at a constant speed and at the same speed for parallel traveling, an intermediate member 4 for synchronously traveling with the push-up member 3 for parallel traveling at the same speed in the same direction in the same period, and a delivering member 7 for delivering the container to the receiver member 6 while moving at a different speed from the parallel traveling speed during the described parallel traveling. The intermediate member 4 has the top surface at the nearly same level with the top surface of the receiver member, and the intermediate member 4 travels in parallel to a position close to the receiver member 6. The delivering member 7 moves the container P to the receiver member 6 when the intermediate member 4 is positioned near and the bottom surface of the container is pushed upward by the push-up member slightly higher than the top surface of a shaping member.
