PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand carrier capable of attaining travel capability much more excellent than before, as well as improving ease of work for preferably carrying loaded articles. SOLUTION: In this hand carrier in which wheels are vertically provided at a bucket portion 3 in which grip portions 7 for workers to grip are provided on the right and left of the rear portion, the wheels W are provided at least in the front and rear of a wheel frame portion 4, and at least the two wheels W arranged in tandem in the fore and aft direction are brought into contact with the ground at the time of traveling. The bucket portion 3 is provided at the wheel frame portion 4 through a bearing portion 5 pivoted so as to be oscillated at least in the fore and aft direction. The two wheels which are arranged in tandem at the time of traveling at least are brought into contact with the ground to receive load with the two wheels W, and the bearing portion 5 is oscillated against the wheel frame portion 4 corresponding to the relief of a traveling surface 6 to restrict vertical variation of the position of the grip portions 7 which are gripped by the worker, pushed and traveled.
