PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the constitution of a laser beam emission device by enabling shielding of return light without providing a polarizing plate separately. SOLUTION: In this laser beam emission device for emitting a laser beam 5 generated from a laser beam source 1 through a wavelength selection film 11, a double refraction optical member 8 is disposed on an optical axis 6 on the furthermore emission side than the wavelength selection film, and the wavelength selection film is tilted so that an incident angle of the laser beam becomes 45-80°.
