PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rolling bearing with a sensor capable of preventing intrusion of burr or the like into the bearing and preventing error output of the sensor by preventing circumferential movement of a sensor cover. SOLUTION: In this rolling bearing 20 with the sensor comprising a rolling bearing 27 having a plurality of rolling elements 23 circumferentially rotatably mounted between an outer ring 21 as a fixed ring and an inner ring 22 as a rotating ring, a sensor device 28 detecting an operating state of the rolling bearing 27, and the sensor cover 33 mounted on an axial end portion of the outer ring 21, the sensor cover 33 is caulked and fixed to an axial end portion of an outer peripheral face of the outer ring 21.
