PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of lightening a load imposed on a process with digital signals obtained by converting analog signals kept high in processing accuracy. SOLUTION: A capacitor 14 is charged with analog signals Ain which are just sampled as reference signals. A comparator 11 compares the reference signals with the analog signals Ain, and when it is found that a difference between the reference signal and the analog signal Ain stays out of a predetermined range, output signals are made active. By this setup, an A/D convertor 12 samples the analog signals Ain, and digital signals Dout obtained through the above process are outputted to a CPU 20. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
