PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a Cr-free Ni based heat resistant and wear resistant material for a high temperature dry firing furnace for subjecting a hard material comprising calcium oxide to high temperature firing and making the same into a fine powder fired material. SOLUTION: The Cr-free Ni based heat resistant and wear resistant material for a high temperature dry firing furnace has a composition comprising, by mass,≤0.16% C, 0.30 to 1.20% Si, 0.40 to 0.80% Mn,≤0.015% P,≤0.015% S, 2.50 to 4.4% Nb, 0.25 to 0.35% Ti, 2.0 to 5.0% Al and≤12.0% Fe, and the balance Ni with inevitable impurities.
