PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyarylate-based resin composition having excellent moldability, heat resistance, impact resistance and transparency. SOLUTION: This polyarylate-based resin composition comprises 20 to 80 mass% of a polyarylate resin and/or a polycarbonate resin (A), 80 to 20 mass% of a polyester resin (B) comprising terephthalic acid as a main dicarboxylic acid component and 1,4-cyclohexanedimethanol as≥70 mol.% of a diol component, a thermoplastic polyester elastomer (C) and a phosphate compound (D) in amounts of 10 to 100 pts.mass and 0.01 to 0.3 mass pt., respectively, per 100 pts.mass of the total amount of the resins (A) and (B).
