PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a railway vehicle floor structure of which weight is made light while its sufficient strength is being kept. SOLUTION: This railway vehicle floor structure 1 comprises a keystone plate 2 and a panel 3. The keystone plate 2 is welded to a lateral beam 4 of an underframe at the railway vehicle. The panel 3 is fixed to the keystone plate 2. The panel 3 is constituted such that an upper plate 8 is adhered to the upper surface of a core material 7 and a lower plate 9 is adhered to the lower surface of the core material 7. The core material 7 is a platy 5-8 mm thick acrylic foamed resin material and its expansion ratio is 1-18 times. A thickness of the upper plate 8 is more than 1.0 mm and less than 2.0 mm, and it satisfies a relation of T<SB>1</SB>≥0.1X-0.3, where T<SB>1</SB>[mm] is a thickness of the upper plate 8 and X is an expansion ratio of the core material 7.
