PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively cool an electronic instrument provided in an engine compartment of a vehicle without making a structure complex. SOLUTION: A heat receiving member 6 is mounted to the electronic instrument 5 installed in the engine compartment 1. One end side of a heat transfer member 7 is fixed to the heat receiving member 6 and the other end side of the heat transfer member 7 is fixed to a heat sink 8 provided in a cabin 2 partitioned from the engine compartment 1 by a partition wall 3.
