PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To outstandingly reduce damage by robbery of an automobile such as a taxi. SOLUTION: Crime volition of a taxi robber is reduced by providing a partition bar integrated with a material in which a person cannot pass from a rear cabin to a driver section and created to a shape along from left and right ends of a vehicle floor to a wall and a ceiling. A floor installation part of the partition bar is made turnable and is made to a constitution that the partition bar rearwardly falls making the installation part as fulcrum. Usually, a solenoid type lock function is provided between the partition bar and the vehicle body to fix both such that it does not naturally fall. The partition bar is connected to a motor installed in a vehicle rear space by a wire or the like and cannot be usually seen by laying it on a floor part. When the robber performs the crime in an emergency, if a driver turns a power source switch ON, the lock function is released, the motor is operated to wind the wire and the partition bar rearwardly falls. Immediately, the robber is left from the driver and is clamped between the partition bar and the rear seat to restrict the body of the robber. Thereby, safety of the driver is ensured.
