PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat radiator which can be improved in protection of a heat radiation film and is enlarged in heat radiation area, and to provide a board using the same. SOLUTION: The heat radiator comprises a mounting member 3 to be fixed to a mount member 2, heat radiation boards 4 integrally formed with the mounting member 3, and many heat radiation ribs 7 which have a shape with a roundish top and are formed on the surface of the heat radiation boards 4 and/or the surface of the mounting member 3. Due to this structure, a heat radiation area is enlarged and thereby a heat radiation effect is improved. Furthermore, the heat radiation film is surely generated on the roundish heat radiation ribs 7 and the heat radiation film is hardly damaged, etc., keeping the heat radiation effect normal.
