PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent noises from being generated by surely supporting a lower part of an auger screw shaft in no contact. SOLUTION: In a powdery granule filling apparatus equipped with a hopper 10 with a reverse conical shape for storing a powdery granule, a cylindrical funnel tube 20 communicating with a lower end top part of the hopper 10, and the auger screw shaft 30 arranged on the central shaft in this funnel tube 20, a bearing part 60 for eliminating vibration of the auger screw shaft 30 under operation is provided. This bearing part 60 forms a non-contact type pneumatic bearing by a cup-like structure into which a gas is injected. It has a constitution wherein the gas is fed and vented through the inside of a supporting frame 70 supporting the bearing part 60. As the auger screw shaft 30 is shaft-supported by this pneumatic bearing, there exists no possibility of making contact with the funnel tube 20 to prevent the noises from being generated.
