PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication equipment reducing discomfort of a user presented at abrupt switching of the audiovisual information being reproduced to the audiovisual information for reporting a call termination, even if a call arrives during reproduction of the audiovisual information which a user wants. SOLUTION: The communication equipment comprises: a tune reproducer which reproduces music data stored in advance; a ringtone reproducer which reproduces ringtone data set at call termination; a volume adjuster which controls the volume of music reproduced by the tune reproducer to a specified value and controls the ringtone reproduced by the ringtone reproducer to a specified volume; and a sound outputting part which outputs the music sound and ringtone whose volumes are adjusted by the volume adjuster. It also comprises a control unit which lowers the volume of music adjusted by the volume adjuster below the specified volume for outputting in case there is a call termination when the music reproduced by the tune reproducer is outputted from the sound outputting part, and controls volume so that the volume of ringtone is gradually raised from the volume lower than the set volume.
