PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic fastening tool capable of surely preventing loosening in accordance with a degree of deformation caused by deterioration with time even though loosening prevention treatment such as coating a surface with a rustproof coating material or the like after mounting a fixing tool such as a bolt or a nut. SOLUTION: This automatic fastening tool has a wedge member 5 having a guide portion 5a and an inclined face 5b, and slidably loaded on a fastened member A, a supporting member 6 supporting one end side of the fixing tools 1, 2, engaged with the guide member 5a of the wedge member, and having an inclined contact portion 6a and slidable along the inclined face 5b, and an energizing member 7 engaged with the wedge member 5 and the supporting member 6, and energized at all times in the direction of progressing a wedge function of the wedge member 5.
