PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine in which NMI wedging in and user reset wedging in do not compete in hardware when holding memories in battery backup. SOLUTION: After processing of step S18, whether or not an NMI flag is "ON" is determined (a step S19), that electric power outage signal is judged to be input in the case of "YES", the access to a RAM is inhibited (a step S23), solenoid output is made to be "OFF" (a step S24), a program is made to be standby in a loop. The electric power outage signal is determined no to be input in the case of "NO" in the step S19, residual processing that is an initial value random number updating process (a step S20), a random number for patterns renewing process (a step S21) are executed, whether or not an INT flag is "ON" that is whether or not the time is up (2.731 ms lapses) is determined (a step S22), the residual processing is continued returning to the step S20 in the case of "NO", the residual processing is stopped the processing is shifted to the step S10 in the case of "YES".
