PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To further surely prevent the fraudulent tampering of a control substrate housed in a control substrate storage box. SOLUTION: The box has a case body 1 and a cover body 2 attached to the same stores the control substrate 3 in a pachinko game machine. The case has coupling means (40, 41) coupling the case body 1 and the cover body 2 such that they can not be separated. The coupled portion by the coupling means (40, 41) must be broken to do the fraudulently tampering such as fraudulent ROM replacement or the like in the control substrate 3.
