PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent urine leakage and to easily replace urine absorptive pads in an absorptive article consisting of an external package and the urine absorptive pads. SOLUTION: The absorptive article consists of a diaper main body 20 and a plurality of the urine absorptive pads 30 laminated and arranged in the diaper main body 20. The diaper main body 20 is composed of an abdominal side part A, a back side part B and a crotch part C interposed between both of them. At the crotch part C, an opening 22 for taking out the urine absorptive pads is formed. Each of the urine absorptive pads 30 is similarly provided with an opening 34 nearly at its center. When the pad 30 is soiled, a pull out cord 40 fitted to the pad 30 is pulled to take the pad out from the diaper main body 20 through the opening 32 of the pad arranged on its lower side and the opening 22 of the crotch part C.
