<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve cutting quality, productivity, and printing quality of an IC card. <P>SOLUTION: In an IC card of the present invention, a first sheet material 1 and a second sheet material 4 are laminated by an adhesive, in which an IC module 3 having an IC chip 3a and an antenna 3b is incorporated. The hardening ratio of the adhesive is 60% or more.
