<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and method for realizing document data management configuration capable of confirming the presence/absence of data change. <P>SOLUTION: This document management device is configured so that converted document data corresponding to digital document data are recorded in a micro-film, and the document ID of the recorded document and a hash value based on the document data are recorded in a hash processing part 103, for example, a microfilm by using a bar code. Thus, it is possible to confirm whether or not the digital data stored in a database have been changed after the recording processing of the document data in the macro-film based on the hash value. When a hash value (H1) newly calculated based on the digital document data is matched with a hash value (H2) read from the micro-film, it is possible to confirm that any digital data have not been changed after the recording processing of the document data in the microfilm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
