<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a printing system for promoting improvement of security and beautification of an office by transmitting a message to a host computer for an operator where the amount of wastes of important documents is the largest to urge to abandon them before the important documents to be abandoned overflows in a container for abandonment. <P>SOLUTION: The system comprises a means for adding such inherent information as an IP address or an MAC address of the host computer to which printing data are transmitted to the printing data, a means for taking out the inherent information of the host computer from the printing data and temporarily accumulating it in the printing apparatus, a means for totaling the inherent information in a wireless tag on a paper with the wireless tag to which a user intends to print it out, and a means for noticing the message to the largest inherent information as a result of being totalized by the totaling means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
