<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure larger sound pressure in a piezoelectric sounding body to be used for various speakers and a sounding apparatus using the piezoelectric sounding body. <P>SOLUTION: Especially a resonant disc 6 is arranged on a diaphragm 3 constituting the piezoelectric sounding body 1 through a frame body 5.
