SEMICONDUCTOR INTEGRATED CIRCUIT DEVICE, AND NONVOLATILE MEMORY SYSTEM USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a semiconductor integrated circuit device provided with a nonvolatile memory which has a pseudo path function and in which reduction of performance of an electronic equipment system can be suppressed.

SOLUTION: The semiconductor integrated circuit device has the nonvolatile memory provided with a pseudo pass function for returnibg the path as status even if bit errors by the allowable bit numbers are caused after finish of at least either of write-in sequence and erasing sequence. The nonvolatile memory is provided with a start timing adjust part for adjusting the timing of activating the pseudo path function.
