<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an operation control device of an electric motor which easily, accurately and simply manages the matching of the electric motor with its control device. <P>SOLUTION: In the device, memories, communication, control or the like are constituted in a single chip or an integrated chip, and the device is provided at the electric motor 207 and includes an IC tag 210 in which data for control are stored, and a readout means 211 of the accumulated information of the IC tag 210. The operation control of the electric motor 207 is performed based on control information which is read out by the readout means 211.
