<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe photo aging-preventing agent and photo aging-improving agent, capable of being used always as a skin lotion or an internal medicine, and further as a component of a cosmetic and food, and also preventing the wrinkle, slack, roughness of a skin, etc., caused by ultraviolet light and further improving the condition of the skin. <P>SOLUTION: This photo aging-preventing agent and photo aging-improving agent contains the dried powder of Glifola frondosa and/or extract of the G. fondosa. The skin lotion is obtained by blending the photo aging-preventing agent and photo aging-improving agent. The cosmetic is obtained by blending the photo aging-preventing agent and photo aging-improving agent.
