PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a soft polyurethane foam which is flexible and is suppressed in a buckling feeling and a bottom-response feeling. SOLUTION: The soft polyurethane foam is obtained by causing a polyol compound, a crosslinking agent and a polyisocyanate compound to react in the presence of a catalyst, a blowing agent and an auxiliary blowing agent. In this case, the isocyanate index of the polyisocyanate compound is set to 110-120. Preferably, a polyol having a hydroxyl value of 250-650 (mg KOH/g) and a molecular weight of 150-500, concretely a polyethylene glycol, is employed as the crosslinking agent. As the auxiliary blowing agent, liquefied carbon dioxide gas is employed in an amount within the range from 1.5 to 6.0 pts.mass based on 100 pts.mass of the polyol compound. The foam has a low hardness such that a 25% compression load (N) prescribed by JIS K 6400 is 30-70. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
