<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a partition wall member having structure or constitution capable of satisfying required structure strength and rigidity, being manufactured as lightly and inexpensively as possible, and further reducing uselessness of the material. <P>SOLUTION: This partition wall 1 is constituted of both substantially flat side surfaces 211, a bottom surface 212 and an open surface 213 facing to the bottom surface 212. The partition wall 1 is mounted in a main material 21 of cross section of a channel of a skeleton member 2 having the main material 21 as a main component. Two sheets of joining plates 13 projecting by getting over each of a pair of facing sides of a partition wall plate 11 to be an external shape substantially equal to the cross-sectional shape of the main material 21 are constituted by forming bent edge parts 131 and bending each of the bent edge parts 131 on the side of the partition wall plate 11.
