PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication control method capable of relieving a communication processing load of low speed communication nodes while effectively utilizing a transmission capability of a network by coordinating operations of all nodes in a way of taking the communication processing capability of each node into account in a system including high speed communication nodes and the low speed communication nodes and carrying out fixed period communication. SOLUTION: The nodes 1 to 8 are classified into a group 20 with a high communication processing capability and a group 22 with a low communication processing capability, and a multicast address is provided to the high speed node group 20. The top node 1 carries out data transmission at a fixed period T, transmits first data to a broadcast addressed destination, and transmits second data to a multicast addressed destination. In the case of receiving data from a node just before its own node, the other nodes 2 to 8 transmit data to the same destination as that of the received data. Through the control above, the high speed communication nodes 1 to 4 carry out data transmission at the period T and the low speed communication nodes 5 to 8 execute data transmission at the period 2T.
