PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic EL element of a reversed lamination structure having high light emission efficiency. SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the organic EL element comprises an aging process impressing a reversed bias on the organic EL element 1 of reversed lamination structure. The aging process is carried out so that the current flowing through the organic EL element 1 becomes not less than 0.075 mA/cm2when the voltage impressed thereon is 10 V. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
