PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance a visibility from outside to inside and heat radiation properties from the inside to the outside. SOLUTION: In the electric power unit 1 arranged in the back face of a movable frame 103, heat radiated from electric parts of a circuit substrate present in the inside space surrounded by a case cover 3 and the circuit substrate 4 is properly radiated from the inside space outside of the electric power unit 1 via gaps 78, 96 formed between the case cover 3 and the circuit substrate 4, and the electric parts in the inside can be easily properly seen from outside of the electric power unit 1 by a human through the case cover 3 comprising a synthetic resin with light transmissivity.
