PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine with a higher mounting workability which can prevent the breakage of the front component member itself and the distortion of the game board by raising the rigidity of the front component member tending to grow larger in size. SOLUTION: In the game machine, the variable display device 9 is disposed on the rear side of the opening of the game board 1 and the front component member 8 having an open window part 33 for display, with a display part 29 facing it formed thereon, on the front side of the game board 1. The front component member 8 is fitted into the opening 31 of the game board 1 and an opening part 46 larger than the open window part 33 for display is formed and has a mounting base plate body 40 having a mounting base plate 47 to be mounted on the game board 1, a rear case body 41 which is provided on its rear side and formed in the shape of a box with the front opened while the open window part 33 for display is formed on the wall behind it and a decoration member for decorating the game machine. It is also provided with a decoration unit 43 in which lens members 165 and 166 and a light emission source 164 for irradiating them are assembled to be unitized and the mounting base plate body 40 is mounted on the front of the rear case body 41 to house the decoration unit 43 inside it.
