PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food boiling cooker capable of accurately detecting the salinity of boiling water in the cooker and displaying it in such a manner that a user can easily understand the salinity. SOLUTION: This food boiling cooker having a cooking vessel storing foods is characterized in comprising a measuring means measuring the electric conductivity of the boiling water in the cooking vessel, a processing means calculating the salinity based on the electric conductivity measured by the measuring means, and a display means displaying the salinity calculated by the processing means.
