PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fastener for attaching small items on clothing, more in detail, a fastening system or device for attaching detachably a pocket on the surface of a vest, inexpensively and reliably solving the problems of the conventional fastening system. SOLUTION: This pocket-fastening system comprises a pocket including a back plate and at least one of fastener positioned on the back plate and at least one of horizontal web on the clothing, having at least one of depression for accepting the fastener.
