摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sintered compact having a nano-size particle structure of high purity, by sintering a nano-size raw powder with a pulse-electrification pressure sintering method. SOLUTION: This sintering system has: at least one preprocessing chamber 20 which is demarcated by at least one closed-type housing 21 having at least one globe, and can be controlled into a predetermined atmosphere; a sintering process chamber 30 which is demarcated by a closed-type housing 31 having at least one globe, and can be controlled into a predetermined atmosphere; an interrupting device 26 which is installed in a passage for connecting the preprocessing chamber with the sintering process chamber, and can selectively and hermetically block communication between the chambers; and a pulse-electrification pressure sintering machine having a vacuum chamber for sintering a powder under a vacuum atmosphere; wherein the vacuum chamber is placed in the sintering process chamber separably from the sintering process chamber.
