PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handle-locking lock which can be locked almost with one-touch operation without the use of a key, thus save time and labor at the time of locking. SOLUTION: A key hole 3 of a built-in locking mechanism is made to border one end surface of a lock case body 1, and an opening 4 is provided to the other end surface. Then an locking operation lever 5 provided with an operation knob 6 on the outer end is inserted to the interior of the opening with a restoration spring 7, and a cutout part 8 and a lever part 9 are provided on the outer periphery of the inner end part of the locking operation lever. Then a stopping block 11, which is provided with an engagement part 11a and a concavity 11b and is energized by a jacking spring, is engaged with the outer periphery of the inner end part. A locking lever 15, which is energized by a pressing spring 12 and is engaged with an engagement concavity 14 of a lock ring 13, is connected to the lever part so that the locking lever 15 can be driven. The outer periphery of the inner end part of the locking operation shaft is normally engaged with an engagement part of an engagement block. Then the rotation of the lever part, the sliding of the locking lever and a rotating lever adjacently provided at the inner end of the locking mechanism of the handle-locking lock are stopped, thus the handle-locking lock is retained in an unlocked state.
