PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for preparing edible products for animals by blending the microorganisms or ω-3 high degree unsaturated acid selected from the group consisting of microorganic cells of Thraustochytrium, ω-3 high-degree unsaturated fatty acids and the mixture thereof with the food products.

SOLUTION: The food product is prepared by adding microorganism cells of Thraustochytrium, ω-3 high degree unsaturated fatty acid. In embodiment cases, the food products are for animals and for human and in the preferred cases, an antioxidant is added to these food products. As an embodiment example for the group, can be cited Thraustochytrium, Schizochytrim, and ω-3HUFA extracted from Thraustochytrium and the like.
