<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetic pole position detection method of a linear servo system which can execute the highly accurate detection of a magnetic pole position, in the linear servo system provided with a linear motor and a linear scale. <P>SOLUTION: The magnetic pole position detection method of the linear servo system provided with the linear motor, absolute position data, and the absolute position detection linear scale outputting A, B phase pulses and analogue sine/cosine waves as a position signal is constituted in a manner as having a stage for executing DC magnetization by a fixed voltage command when electric power is closed, a stage for preparing a magnetic pole position based on the absolute position of a stopped position, a stage again executing the magnetization to make the position move to a right side and a left side, a stage for storing the absolute position of the stopped position, and a stage for preparing as the true magnetic position the center of the absolute position when it is moved to the right side and the absolute position when it is moved to the left side. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
