<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To restore data even when a FAT or a directory is destroyed when substance of data is left in a data recording medium. <P>SOLUTION: Each page of data recorded in a user data area 2 comprises a data part 11 and a redundant part 12, and link information 14 is recorded in the redundant part 12. The link information is a logical address number of a block written just before writing the block. When the link information 14 is recorded, substance data are restored by tracing the link information 14 sequentially from behind, when the substance data of a file are left even if a directory table 3 and/or a FAT chain 4 cannot be read. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
