PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative metal panel which prevents a pattern from becoming dull, causes no whitening phenomenon on its bent surface when the side of the decorative metal panel is bent and is excellent in commodity properties and manufacturing workability. SOLUTION: In the decorative metal panel 1 manufactured by bonding a synthetic resin decorative sheet 3, which is constituted by applying and forming a transparent sheet 5 comprising a vinyl chloride resin on the surface of the pattern 6 of a colored base material sheet 4, which has the pattern 6 formed to its surface and comprises the vinyl chloride resin, to a metal substrate 2 by an adhesive, the amounts per a unit volume of a plasticizer respectively compounded with the colored base material sheet 4 and the transparent sheet 5 both of which constitute the synthetic resin decorative sheet 3 are set so that the amount of the plasticizer compounded with the transparent sheet 5 is larger than that of the plasticizer compounded with the colored base material sheet 4. The colored base material sheet 4 is constituted of a colored semi-hard base material sheet and the transparent sheet 5 is constituted of a weak soft type transparent sheet.
