PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile communication system effectively dealing with even a mobile communication scheme in which an area where a radio wave transmitted from a radio base station to a terminal is sufficiently delivered is limited and a transmitting/receiving state of the terminal is changed by presence/absence of radio interference or the like. SOLUTION: A call note that can be reproduced by operating a terminal. is recorded in a memory of a radio base station with sufficient recording capacity, so that a message from a transmission terminal and a call origination designated time of the message are stored in the memory and a call of the message stored in the memory is originated to an opposite party terminal at the designated time.
