PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid crystal television which is inexpensive and strong even to noise. SOLUTION: A circuit board consists of a one-side substrate 30 serving as a main substrate and a layered substrate 40 of which the area is smaller than that of the one-side substrate 30, wherein a tuner part 22, an inverter part 29 and a power supply part 27 are mounted on the one-side substrate 30. Also, a signal processing part 23 is mounted on the layered substrate 40. The one-side substrate 40 and the layered substrate 40 are electrically connected by a connection part 51. On the one-side substrate 30, the tuner part 22 is arranged at the lower part of a right side of the substrate, and the inverter 29 is arranged at the upper part of a left side of the substrate opposite from the tuner part 22. The power supply part 27 is arranged at the lower part of the left side of the substrate opposite from the tuner part 22.
