PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cyanide-free electropolishing liquid which provides a finished surface standing comparison with a cyanide-containing electropolishing liquid, and can electrolytically polish an accessory even with a complicated shape in a short period of time. SOLUTION: The cyanide-free electropolishing liquid includes sulfamic acid of 10 to 14 pts. by mass, thiourea of 3 to 4 pts. by mass and lactic acid of 1 to 6 pts. by mass, with respect to water of 100 pts. by mass. It is preferable that the above cyanide-free electropolishing liquid further includes phosphoric acid of 1 to 4 pts. by mass with respect to water of 100 pts. by mass.
